When I try to start XP, I get a message that says, "Invalid BOOT.INI file
Booting from C:\windows\. Then, I get the following message: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt <windows root>system32\hal.dll. Please reinstall a copy of the above file." How do I do this? I tried to use the XP CD, but nothing happened. Thanks in advance for your help. |
