yesterday, with help from Microsoft tech support. However, our computer has been running a little slow, so we decided to do a defrag. When we get to the point where we start to defrag, a little wondow pops up and says "unable to start defrag". Any way to fix that..why is it doing that..?? |

Try starting in safe mode and defrag from there.

It's free and much better than Windows defrag. - Thee Chicago Wolf |

Defrag requires at least 15% free space to work. You might get this message if there isn't enough free space. Jim |
