Register ActiveX

This was what I used to register ActiveX:

regsvr32 /s msmask32.ocx

I have already copied this msmask32.ocx into
C:\Windows\System32

However, running the command prompt and issue the above command but didn't
work.
Any idea?

What did not work? Remove the "/s" param (which supresses errors if any) and
run the command to see the output.
