Thank you for the reply. I completed the first part, ie. delete files etc,
but when I attempted to add the regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll, this is the message I received.. "mshtml.dll was loaded but the Dll register server entry point was not found. This file cannot be registered." The red X remains in the emails, some pictures show, but many don't.. Megilu "Elmo" wrote: > Megilu wrote: > > I receive emails on a daily basis from several businesses. If any files are damaged or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards. Then try to register the file again. If you're asked to insert the XP SP2 or SP3 disk, there are other problems ahead. > "Elmo" wrote: > >> Megilu wrote: >>> I receive emails on a daily basis from several businesses. [X-post to OE General]
[Ask your correspondents who are using MS Outlook to only send you emails using Plain Text format.] If you send yourself an HTML message with an embedded (inserted) picture, do you see the picture in the received message? -- OE-specific newsgroup: news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...xpress.general ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Desktop Experience - since 2002 Megilu wrote: > sI receive emails on a daily basis from several businesses. Some of the > pictures open, but many don't.All I get is the X thumbnail. How do I rectify > this? |
