I have a home PC with Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2. I am using a
Sprint Broadband Wireless Internet Card as my internet source, and my Xbox
360 is connected with an ethernet cable. I contacted Xbox 360, but they told
me I needed to contact you first to "turn on ethernet card" or "set up a home
network internet sharing"? Can you please help me, because I have made
several phone calls, and wasted most of my day trying to get this done.

This is an area where everyday users of WinXP meet and try to help
each other.

If you think this is an official Microsoft forum, you're sorely
mistaken.
