Default Cant play any video files, drwatson mortem debugger wtf?

Hi all,

Ia m using Windows Xp professional and never had any problems until now when
I tried to install some new software that my media player totally crashes
everytime i want to watch a video. In winamp it does not play any videos at
all. And some folders which i want to view crashes saying some drpostmortem
debugger error which i have no idea. I had some trojan problem and got it
removed with trend micro also used pc registry mechanic to clean up but i
still cant get the video files to play and some foders still crashes at time
but at as much as before.

Can someone give me some advice before i format my hard drive.

regards
Tahsin
