Default Idea: Driver Manager inside Task Manager.

Hello,

I think the cpu usage of drivers and the drivers themselfes don't show up in
the task manager.

So the user is getting only a "half" picture of the system.

The idea is to include a driver manager as well which shows all drivers
loaded and possibly there cpu and memory, and bandwidth usage and such.

Even task manager could be improved by showing bandwidth usage per
application

This would give the user more insight in the system, know what's load and
might help to track down bad drivers.

Bye,
Skybuck.
