Default Microsoft network server: Amount of idle time required before susp

I am doing reserch on this because people are asking to set this to all the
servers in our domain.

There were a number of Internet articles that state the default for this
setting is 15 minutes. I also have seen other internet articles suggesting
that you set this to 15 minutes.

Do Windows servers, by default, have this already configured or are the
articles suggesting the policy should be set to 15 mins?

Windows Servers do not go to suspended (sleep) mode by default.
I have never configured any server to go to sleep mode, and I was never
asked to do so.
Had I been asked to do so, I would strongly object.

The workstations, however, are different story.
