Default RRAS NIC Knocking Out Local Access

I'm running a VPN using Routing and Remote Access on a SBS 2003
Server. It has worked fine for months. Today local users weren't
able to access the server unless the RRAS NIC was disabled. Users
connected through the VPN could still access the server without any
issues. No new software or updates have been installed. I'm kind of
puzzled. How do I fix it?
