Using WinXP client and Win2003 enterprise server I am trying to have documents sync when computers are logging off or going on standbye using gpedit. However, I have been unsuccessful.

Using WinXP client and Win2003 enterprise server I am trying to have
documents sync when computers are logging off or going on standbye using
gpedit. However, I have been unsuccessful. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi Sean,
If you use Redirected folders, these will automatically synchronise at
logoff. There is a policy option to sychronise on Suspend as well..
If you want other documents to sync, like in a shared folder, you need to:
- In the Share, use the default setting to enable the files to be cached
- In the policy, use the option to specifiy "Administratively assigned
offline files"
The policy options are in User Configuration, Administrative Templates,
Network, Offline Files
